A Tribute to Women, Happy Mothers' Day!

As the concept of class arise our history within society and sociology suffer a struggle. According to the father of sociology Marx, "The modern bourgeois society that has sprouted from the ruins of feudal society has not done away with class antagonisms. It has but established new classes, new conditions of oppression, and new forms of struggle in place of the old ones." (Sources 155)
We all know the many obstacles that women face everyday just by being women. Therefore, women around the world had created civil rights movements in order to laws for more freedom
from Class Struggles. For example, In many Latin American countries, women have an impact with movements by organize, unionize, and struggle for better wages and working conditions of the working class. In Egypt, Huda Sha’rawi is an important Egyptian feminist of the early twentieth century who actively involved women in the nationalist debate against the British in 1919.
In United States, Abigail Smith Adams she was the wife of John Adams, the second President of the United States, and is seen as the second First Lady of the United States though that term was not coined until after her death. She is very famous for her letters to her husband that contributed with vital information thorough the constitution of independence.
During the World War II women were the heroes of the wars. By played multiple roles with 16 million men served in uniform along with 350,000 women who were Wacs, Waves, Spars, Marines and nurses.
Finally, the most basic class distinction between the two groups is between the powerful and the powerless. In this case, I refer to the feminist and masculine difference and up to these days that women empower themselves with education; the gender differences still an issue. Social classes with a great deal of power are usually viewed as at least within their own societies.
